Vendor Load In Details and Policies

📍 EVENT LOCATION
The event takes place across:
Main Street Plaza (from W. Main St. to Division St.)
Unity Square (from S. Division St. to Circle Ave.)

⏰ SCHEDULE & VENDOR CHECK-IN TIMES
RSVP’d Vendors (Confirmed RSVP'd Participants):
Check-In & Load-In: 3:00 – 4:00 PM
Check-In Locations: Top or bottom of Main Street. See map for details.
→ If driving onto the plaza, you must check in at the bottom of Main Street. Cars will not be allowed on the Plaza after 4:00 PM.
Note: No setup before 3:00 PM. Streets close at 2:00 PM and will be cleared before vendor entry begins.
First-Come, First-Served Vendors (Walk-Ins):
Check-In & Load-In: 4:00 – 5:00 PM
Please form a line at either the top or bottom of the plaza and check in with our on-site staff.
Space is not guaranteed; availability is first-come, first-served.

🚗 SET-UP & LOAD-IN DETAILS
Set-up is permitted only in designated parking spaces.
Keep all display items clear of sidewalks, roads, and bike lanes.
After unloading, please move your car immediately to a public lot or the parking garage.

‼️ EVENT CAPACITY
If we are at full capacity for vendors space is limited. To make the most of available space and accommodate all confirmed participants, please do not leave gaps between vendor booths. Fill in the space next to neighboring vendors unless directed otherwise by staff or volunteers.

🛑 RESTRICTED AREAS
Please do not set up:
On sidewalks or bike lanes
In curb bump outs
Near patio seating or fenced areas
These areas must stay clear for ADA compliance and public safety.
See the attached non-compete zone map for restricted areas.

🏕️ TENTS & EQUIPMENT
10x10 tents are allowed within your assigned space (south side of plaza- same side of the road as Bury Tavern).
Tents must be properly weighted – unsecured tents will need to be taken down.
Bring your own tables, chairs, and any display materials.

🔌 ELECTRICITY
Available at light poles and plaza stations (marked on map).
Please bring your own extension cords.
No portable heaters may be plugged into event outlets.

🚻 RESTROOMS
Portable restrooms will be available near the courthouse.

🍪 COTTAGE FOOD VENDORS
Cottage food items must be pre-packaged and properly labeled.
No food may be prepared or served on-site (e.g., cotton candy, hot food, smoothies).
Separate registration is required — Visit our website or Active Network to register.
The Health Department will be on site checking cottage food vendors.

🚭 OTHER REMINDERS
No incense, scented candles, or amplified music at booths.
No raffles, resale goods, flea market items, or giveaways (unless cottage food and pre-approved).
Non-compete zones are in effect — no setting up within 100 feet of similar storefronts.

🌧️ WEATHER POLICY
In the event of severe weather, vendors will be notified of cancellation via email by 12:00 PM on Friday. Use your best judgment when setting up in uncertain conditions.
